Selection of circuit breaker
The rated voltage of the circuit breaker should be greater than or equal to the line voltage. When used for control, the instantaneous operating current of the electromagnetic release is 6 times the load current. When used for motor protection, the breaker trip is set to 1.7 times the starting current. When used for on-off protection of the circuit, the rated current of the circuit breaker and the operating current of the trip should be greater than or equal to the working current of the line.
